Why do I train exclusively using Positive Methods?

 

In my work, there is no room for fear, pain, or coercion. Why? Because learning should be a joyful adventure, not a chore! I use Positive Reinforcement because:

• It Builds Relationships: Instead of forcing a dog to do something, I teach them that cooperating with me is incredibly rewarding! This creates an amazing bond built on mutual trust.

• Long-lasting Results: A dog that learns with joy remembers commands much faster and for longer than one that performs out of fear of punishment.

• Emotional Safety: My methods are ideal for puppies, juniors, adults, and sensitive seniors. They are especially effective for rescue dogs with a "past" or those with behavioural challenges who need to rebuild their faith in humans.
